It’s not about textbook anatomy. It is about how to approach anatomical topics holistically. In this course, students will be given basic information of the body from head to toe. Each topic will be discussed through digital format with practicums attached that will include research, personal practice, teaching, recording, and mentoring hours. Some topics will be relatively easy to answer while others may stump you! Students are encouraged to reference past yoga trainings, personal teaching experiences, and critical thinking to each practicum.
