Yoga Simplified is a yoga-based lifestyle method for optimal health and well-being. YSM teaches an array of tools and techniques for people who are eager to apply the principles and practices of yoga within a therapeutic relationship that includes personalized assessment, goal setting, lifestyle management, and yoga practices for individuals or small groups, all the while keeping it modern, fitting, applicable, and attainable. 

Yoga Simplified Method is about bringing the method to you! During a session, the practitioner leads to meet the audience where they are at, literally. The YSM practitioner observes the participants to establish a baseline foundation in bringing tools to them while in motion.

Faculty Management

We manage your faculty by scouting and placing the right instructors in the right environment. We work with you to create yoga, meditation, mindset information, and group exercise programming.  We also offer individualized assessments and programming to those that want a more personal approach to their health and wellness. We also have a network of resources to refer outside our scope of practice.

Teaching Sessions

The practitioner plans the teaching sessions and is designed to be geared toward efficiency and accessibility. Your time is valuable, so our goal is to prepare you best while taking up the least amount of your time possible. 

A small group of practitioners (selected based on the survey, meeting requirements, and experience)  will conduct teaching sessions over twelve weeks. Teaching sessions will be comprised of fitness and wellness, including but limited to yoga, functional mobility, and breathing techniques, that will touch upon the following subjects:

  • Introducing wellness - Present information to the audience in a friendly and easy-to-understand way.

  • Sharing insight - Teaching the basics of yoga, which revolve around achieving harmony and balance.

  • Facilitating yoga - Our practice is based on the standard hatha style, suitable for all levels. We do not incorporate advanced techniques unless specifically requested by the practitioner.

  • Strength training - We can assist you in achieving proper posture and maintaining a healthy spine for the long term.

  • Breathing/meditation - The body can recuperate effectively by balancing the nervous system and enhancing awareness.

  • Self-assessment and awareness - We aim to help clients establish a deeper connection with their bodies.
