Who is this for?
Great for yoga and fitness instructors to bridge together techniques to build a class combining yoga vinyasa flow with strength training and light cardio.
Do I need to be yoga certified?
Ideally yes, but if you’re a fitness trainer or group fitness instructor curious on how to develop a yoga flow enabling transitions to strength training, this is for you.
I teach a sculpt or a HIIT class already, what makes this unique?
Some HIIT classes have timed formats, rep formats, intentional categories to maximize time which is fantastic and useful. However, this is about your understanding of transitions, and flowing for an optimal class. You want to come in knowing it’s a sculpt and flow, not a bootcamp.
